Pricing: Room rates per night: 1 person in a  room= $85.00, 

2 people in a room = $125.00 ($62.50 each), 3 people in a room = $165.00 ($55 each), 

4 people in a room= $210.00 ($52.50 each), 

5 people in a room = $250.00 ($50 each), 6 people in a room = $300.00 ($50 each)

16 rooms have: two double beds and 1 set of bunk beds (sleeping up to 6). Four rooms have: 1 king size bed and 1 set of bunk beds (sleeping up to four). Room C is handicap accessible. Max 112 people/ 20 rooms *Note: MINIMUM of $1000 per night. Actual payments depend on the number of guests per room. 

Deposit: $850.00 per night, due two weeks after booking date.  

 *The room price includes rental of the entire lodge

 Cancellations: Must be 120 days prior to retreat date for a deposit refund.

Accommodations Kitchen:

• 2 conventional electric ranges (total 8 burners and 2 ovens)
• 2 21″ electric counter top griddles
• 1 commercial convection oven
• 2 commercial microwaves
• 1 stand-up freezer, 1 large commercial refrigerator
• Dishwasher
• Pots, pans, cooking utensils, silverware, dishes and mixer
• 1 steam table (4 pans)
• Salad bar and ice machins
• 3 commercial coffee makers, 2 12-cup coffee makers
• *Note: You MUST provide your own paper plates, cups, plastic tableware, and napkins if you want to use disposable items.  The kitchen MUST be cleaned by the group using it.

Meeting room:

• 180 chairs and 20 round tables (seat 6-8/table)
• Piano, Upright 
• Screen, DVD player, and digital projector
• Sound system w/ recordable, laptop-accessible CD player and 4 microphones w/cord*Note: We do NOT provide computers or wireless microphones. 
• Groups must set up and take down the tables and chairs. The Retreat Center can set up the tables and chairs for a $75.00 fee.                               
• *Meeting room use for day only meetings (Groups not staying the night) on weekdays for $350.00  Evening only groups $250.00
